I Definitely recommend CHIC Hair Studio anyone looking for great customer service. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by the courteous staff and asked I if they were able to accommodate me as a walk in . As I waited for an answer, I was impressed with the cleanliness and how well the staff were engaging with their clients. It just was nice to see smiling faces everywhere. I waited no time to get introduced to Lisa Merlo as my stylist and proceeded to her stall. Lisa took the time to explain several packages she had to offer and I went with the one she suggested that had so much to offer including a neck massage. Lisa did a fantastic job on my hair and goatee as well as making me feel very comfortable and relaxed as I was in and out with in 45 minutes . I will definitely be back and look forward to telling more people about Lisa’s professionalism and knowledge. Thank you CHIC Studio as you have great representation through your employees.
